Dependable Pet Sitting offers pet sitting, dog walking, overnight care, and related services. Specific details, availability, and pricing are listed on our website or discussed at the time of booking.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your pets, including health, behavior, and special needs.

• Ensure your home is safe and accessible for our sitters.

• Supply adequate food, medications, and supplies for the duration of service.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

• Refunds or credits are provided at the discretion of Dependable Pet Sitting.

4. Emergencies

• In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately.

• If you are unavailable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable incidents.

5. Liability

Dependable Pet Sitting is insured and bonded. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your pets’ safety and well-being, but we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages outside our control.
